The only way to progress is when
participants feel safe, seen and heard.
If the purpose of a workshop is to encourage behavioural change
the people in it need to feel free to express themselves.
This leads to trust which leads to breakthroughs.
That's how I facilitate: through trust.
On the practical side, I use a range of interactive techniques
from a number of disciplines, including:
drama, qualitative research and design thinking.
